These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the 24xxx platform and its services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
24xxx is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms have been drafted in compliance with Bangladeshi law and international gaming regulations.

In these Terms, "we", "24xxx", and "platform" refer to 24xxx Gaming Services. "You", "member", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor.
24xxx may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification at any time. KYC is mandatory for large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.
The minimum deposit at 24xxx is ৳100. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. 24xxx does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — we follow a same-source return policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on the member's account level and verification status. Higher withdrawal limits apply once full KYC verification is completed.
Please note: Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. If wagering is incomplete, only the main cash balance may be withdrawn.
All bonuses and promotional offers at 24xxx are subject to specific terms and conditions. The relevant terms are detailed on each offer's page or in the promotional notification. These apply in addition to the general terms.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be wagered a specified number of times. Example: a ×20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in bets must be placed. Wagering contribution may vary by game.
Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, circumventing offer conditions via VPN, or placing artificial bets using software — any such abuse, once detected, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In Live Betting, if a bet fails to confirm due to a network issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
If a server or software error causes abnormal outcomes (e.g., excess payouts), 24xxx reserves the right to void the transaction. In such cases, the original stake of the bet in question will be refunded.
Bets will be voided if a match is cancelled. 24xxx will follow any official changes to scores or results. Bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.
The maximum amount a member can win in a single game session is subject to a set limit. This limit varies by game and is specified on each game's information page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to balance forfeiture:
Fraud Prevention: 24xxx uses advanced technology to automatically detect suspicious activity. If any unusual activity is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
Gaming at 24xxx should be a source of entertainment — not a livelihood. We firmly believe that responsible gaming matters not just for the individual, but for society as a whole.
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, you can request a self-exclusion from Account Settings for a period starting from 7 days up to a permanent ban. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Members can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and loss limits. Any reduction in limits takes effect immediately, while increases require a waiting period of 24–72 hours.
