24xxx charges no handling fees on withdrawals. Whatever amount you withdraw, the full sum goes directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account — nothing is deducted.
Withdrawal limit details:
Minimum withdrawal: ৳100 | Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000 | Daily maximum: ৳1,00,000
Please note that some banks or mobile banking services may charge their own transaction fees — these are not 24xxx charges. 24xxx's policy is clear: each person may hold only one account. Creating two or more accounts under the same identity is a violation of our terms and may result in all accounts being suspended.
For members of the same household: Two adults living at the same address may hold separate accounts, provided they use different identity documents and payment methods.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Once enabled, every login requires an OTP sent to your mobile in addition to your password — this is the most effective protection available.

From then on, an OTP will be required every time you log in from a new device.

Checking "Remember me" on a trusted device means you won't need an OTP to log in for the next 30 days.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, 24xxx settles bets according to the following rules:
If a match is cancelled before it starts: Full stake refunds on all bets — processed within 24 hours.
  • If the required overs are not completed (cricket): A result is generally valid once the minimum overs are completed (5 in T20, 20 in ODI).
  • If live betting is interrupted mid-match: Markets already settled (e.g., "Score at end of 5th over") remain valid; all remaining markets are refunded.
  • If the venue changes: Bets remain valid; only a change in team name results in a void bet.
  • Result via DLS Method: For international cricket, the relevant board's DLS ruling is final.
Refunds are typically credited to your balance within 6–24 hours.
